The level of service we received from start to finish was exceptional and the quality of the vehicle exceeded our expectations. The guys at the Edinburgh depot were very friendly and accommodating and made it a pleasurable experience. Jack who dealt with our booking from start to finish was very responsive in his communication and offered exceptional customer service.Our biggest thank you however comes from my wife, she was pleasantly surprised to find that her car, that we were able to leave at the depot, had been washed. We had a wonderful vacation in Scotland using one of the great 4x4 Hire Landrover Defenders. Communication with the company was simple, fast and very pleasant. At the airport, Jack met us with a warm smile and the car (including water, mints and scotchbread) and we had no problems during the trip.
