Fantastic place, they've worked wonders on my bad back and I'd happily recommend them to anyone who needs a bit of physio.
Sports repair massage great. Went in full of pain and was surprised the pain was from other areas traveling and having full movement back and pain free. Highly recommend for all Injury recovery needs.
Great little independent gym running bootcamps
This a great strength and conditioning gym and craig is a great personal trainer my two boys have been attending for nearly a year and the love it craig pushes them hard and has seen a difference in them. So if your a coach or player of any sport and want to get your players/yourself stronger and fitter this is a great all round place as it also has two sports physiotherapists in cat and amy, both are good in there field and both are used as physio for cambuslang rugby team from the first team right down to the mini's
as used by cambuslang rugby club to increase the players fitness / strength
