Was told at initial meeting that they do ALL viewings, didnt tell us that was office hours only. Feedback form asks prospective viewers if they want to view at weekends, not if they want to view, which to me means they want us to do all viewings. Arranged 3 viewings at same time, only 2 of us in house, what if something went missing? And they did this twice despite our protests. We had to contact them for updates, they should be keeping us updated. I'd avoid.
