Shocking service waited 1hour 30 mins for 1 meal before cancelling will never use them again
Order from here all the time and usually good but tonight we ordered on just eat app and waited 2and a half hours for our food . Really like theyre food but service is shocking and when we phoned and spoke to the boss his attitude was shocking and we were made to feel like we were in the wrong when it was them who lost the order . A good take away shop going downhill rapid i was also lied to on the phone and fobbed off by them telling me my order was on its way when the truth was they had lost it .
Quite possibly the worst food ive ever had. Ordered a 8 inch spicy chicken pizza for mrs and i got chips cheese and donner. Mrs pizza wasnt fully cooked as the crust well, wasnt even crust. My chips were horrific, solid and over cooked, on the verge of being burnt. Wasnt edible at all. Threw it in the bin. 3 am this morning and the mrs was spewing in the toilet. Last thing she ate? Spicy chicken pizza from here.

Big Alan took me up the 'Kings Park Cafe" is a phrase on my shift. So I was more than happy to take one of the lads along who had never been or had any thing from there. 4 different large kebabs for the team and we have a few more converts. Mixed kebab couldn't be finished, BBQ chicken was excellent, the Donner was overflowing but sadly my large chicken tikka appeared to be a small when I opened it back at work. None the less it was very succulent and spiced perfectly. Everyone enjoyed their meal and will keep it in mind for another visit on backshift Friday.
