Travelled from Belfast because this was the best deal we found for the spec of Golf we wanted, even with flight and ferry cost added in. Colin personally collected me from the airport (during rush hour) and then helped me sort out my insurance and car tax from his showroom. The attention to detail and customer service was like something you would expect from a big dealer...but with a personal touch. Very impressive. The parcel shelf had been removed during the valet but Colin ordered a replacement one for us which arrived to our home a couple of days later.
