The dealer demanded my previous review be deleted. The dealer had sold me a Mazda 6 (Sc09DVG) with a fresh MOT , 3 Days after ownership I noticed the car running rough. Cars engine management light came on and start piling out smoke, which resembled a smoke machine on full blast. You could smell oil and petrol coming from the rear. Clearly the head gasket had blown.(possible piston rings) Took it to a mot centre they had informed me this wouldn't happen within three days and would've been easily spotted at the mot the car was given previously. I contacted the dealer that the car had an issue. We arranged for me to hand the car back over on a set date. No contact was made since then. I dropped the car off. The dealer said we will repair it for me. I said I don't won't the car cause you sold it dishonestly. I was still within the 14 days (consumer rights act 2015, states if it's not fit for purpose, or not as described I can reject) he didn't like this reply so he proceeded to raise his voice to me and demanding they repair it. I said I no longer want the car. He then picked up a mobile phone and angerly stormed out of the building. I decided to stand at the main entrance. He then walked by me mumbling, I asked him what did he say. What he said was " I have been working in this f*****g trade for 30 years i know I'm allowed to fix it. I know how finance companies work" I then phoned my finance company. They also confirmed what I did was my right to do so. They have now spent the past 4 weeks making the finance company Chasing it's own tail by telling them a web of lies and tricks. He didn't like my review and had demand it be removed before any exchange be made. He will now reply to this stating " we welcome all feedback asking as it be the truth" then go on a rant saying how they are an honest company and the customer is always wrong. I urge you look at the previous negative reviews and how they reply. This company shouldn't exist. They act like a baby without a dummy.absolute joke 0/5
Purchased a BMW 1 series sport from this garage in Feb 18 and it's been a joy to drive so far. Scott was very helpful and professional throughout the whole sales process and wasn't too pushy etc. Excellent customer service all round.
