Munn was recommended to us by the Nursing Home where my uncle died and I have nothing but praise for them and Kate in particular who we liaised with. Everything was arranged speedily and efficiently and we were delighted with the final service at Linn Crematorium and all for a much more reasonable cost than had been anticipated. I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again and thank them (and Kate in particular) sincerely for their sensitive and professional approach at what is obviously a very difficult and emotional time for all concerned.
Unprofessional and rude. Had the misfortune to deal with Kate in the office, I wished we had recorded the call. Seems the empathy and professionalism they talk about in their website is gauged by how much money you spend. The only good part I can say is they didn't drop the coffin. If I could give it zero stars I would.
