(On Behalf of a Family)I would just like to say a huge thank you to Irene,Mike and Liam for the service they provided and effort in organising my mums cremation.From the first(of many) phone calls to Irene,to the day of the cremation itself where Liam and Mike ensured that everything went as well as it possibly could. Irene was so helpful in organising everything from times,cars,flowers and the order of service and I cant thank her enough. Liam and Mike also went above and beyond on the arrangements for us.they ensured that the personal touches we wanted(mums dress and perfume for the day and our personal heart keepsake from her grandchildren was displayed on the casket) was done as we requested.Liam even collected and dropped off my mums ashes at my house a couple of days afterwards off his own back. I honestly cant praise the three of them highly enough and if I am ever unfortunate enough to have to arrange another funeral there will only be one phone call to be made. I must also say a huge thank you to Kirsty the humanist minister who conducted the service.she came to meet us a couple of days beforehand and perfectly gave a heartfelt account of my mums life. She took in everything we told her and put it into a wonderful eulogy that so many people commented on at the wake back in Paisley afterwards.Again if I ever need a humanist then I will certainly be calling Kirsty. So to Irene,Mike,Liam and Kirsty we thank you from the bottom of our hearts for giving our Mum the best send off we could possibly have imagined.
