Had a management light on,called arnold clark rutherglen,they advised diagnostic check cost 114 ,booked car in and after calling them twice was told no result,was then asked for a further 270 for further checks with no guarantee of result.said no to that and paid the 114 and took the car away,spoke to service manager who said thats how it goes,called customer services ,who didnt even ask my name,asking me to email the receipt which is all i got for my money,all in all they want ur cash not interested in the customer ),wouldnt return even for free,rip off merchants.
Nothing outstanding. 5 star service deserves to go an extra mile. Like they offered complimentary wash and hoover but got only wash. Why do you offer something if you are not going to get it done.
Great Service & Job done on my car when here. Were understanding & helpful with some warranty issues that were sorted out for me. Car has been picked up not only from my home but from my work and dropped back off to both with phone call before so know on way. Work on car has been excellent & video always sent before anything done showing and explaining any repair work. I recieved prompt service that kept me informed throughout. All good x
